so...I dropped the ball this week

Gotta Love the First Week Back after Christmas Break!

Hey ,

Hey everyone,

Well…what a way to start the new year—I dropped the ball this week. 😅

You know that strange space between Christmas and New Year’s where no one knows what day it is? Turns out, the first week back into routines can feel just as disorienting. So here we are—with a random Saturday email.

Honestly though…maybe this isn’t such a bad thing?

New year, new rhythms, right?
Should Saturday emails be a thing? I’d genuinely love your thoughts—hit reply and tell me what you think.

As we step into the new year, I’ve been thinking about a few goals—both personally and professionally.

On a personal note, I’m working my way through The Bible Recap this year and staying right on track so far. I’m also easing back into movement after having Myla (if you are new, you can read more of here story here) — aiming for consistency, not perfection. Some days are better than others, but I’m giving myself grace and showing up when I can.

Do you have any personal goals for this year? I’d love to hear them.

Professionally, I have a lot of ideas and plans, but my biggest goal is simple: I want to serve you better.

So I’d really love your input:

  • What do you enjoy most about these emails?
  • What do you wish I shared more of?
  • What would make this newsletter feel valuable to you?

I read every single reply, and your responses truly shape what I create next.

Thanks for being here and for giving me grace as we all settle back into a rhythm.

See you soon!
